The Hanoi People's Committee held the announcement ceremony and the 2026 Investment Promotion Conference on the morning of June 29 at the National Convention Center, with around 1,200 delegates attending.
During the conference, the city awarded investment policy decisions and investment registration certificates for projects across Hanoi, while also signing memoranda of understanding with domestic and international corporations and economic organisations.
The official public exhibition of Hanoi's 100-year master plan will open at the Hanoi Museum later the same day.
A large-scale model of the capital's long-term master plan shows the Red River serving as the central axis for future urban growth and development.
On the first floor of the Hanoi Museum, visitors can view a circular master plan model incorporating the latest planning boundaries and development proposals.
The fourth floor, covering approximately 1,200 square metres, has been designed as the main exhibition space, featuring a large-scale model enhanced with 3D projection mapping technology to present the city's long-term planning vision in a dynamic and highly visual format.
The museum will also display planning drawings and architectural models of several key city projects. Visitors will be able to watch a 3D documentary introducing the master plan and experience a trial version of Hanoi's digital planning information system.
