VietNamNet Bridge – By 2020 HCM City’s public hospitals will no longer be overloaded and people will have access to high-quality healthcare, city officials promise.

HCM City authorities have decided to develop the Public Transport Management and Operation Centre into an agency that will use integrated solutions in public transport management instead of establishing a completely new agency.
