Vietnam proposes $6.8 billion expansion of North-South Expressway

Vietnam's Ministry of Construction has proposed widening more than 1,100km of the country's main north-south expressway to six lanes, with an estimated investment of VND178.36 trillion ($6.8 billion) and plans to attract private capital.
