Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh proposed three major orientations to further deepen the ASEAN–India Comprehensive Strategic Partnership while addressing the 22nd ASEAN-India Summit in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on October 26.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will attend the 47th ASEAN Summit in Kuala Lumpur from October 25 to 28, where leaders will evaluate 2025 cooperation results and admit Timor-Leste as a new member.
