Vietnam wants to further the traditional friendship and cooperation with Sri Lanka, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam told Sri Lankan President Maithripala Sirisena on their sideline meeting at the Asia Cooperation Dialogue Summit.

 Deputy PM Vu Duc Dam suggested enhancing bilateral cooperation in culture, education-training, human resources, transport, finance-banking, energy, health care, tourism during a meeting with Lao Prime Minister Thongloun Sisoulith.
