 President Tran Dai Quang arrived in Addis Ababa on August 23 afternoon, beginning a State-level visit to Ethiopia at the invitation of President Mulatu Teshome. 

 President Tran Dai Quang and his spouse left Hanoi on August 23 morning for a State visit to Ethiopia from August 23-25 at the invitation of Ethiopian President Mulatu Teshome.

 President Tran Dai Quang will pay State-level visits to Ethiopia and Egypt from August 23 to 29.
