The Mass will be presided over by Cardinal Luis Antonio G. Tagle, Pro-Prefect of the Dicastery for Evangelization of the Holy See. Dozens of bishops, along with large numbers of priests, religious and lay Catholics from both within and beyond the Diocese of Can Tho, are also expected to attend.
Father Peter Vu Van Hai, Rector of Can Tho Cathedral, Vicar General of the Diocese of Can Tho and head of the organizing committee, said preparations for the ceremony are largely complete.
According to Father Hai, work is being finalized on the main stage, internal road systems, media facilities, medical stations, sanitation areas and communications infrastructure.

To accommodate the event, the grounds of the Francis Xavier Tac Say Mission Center have been expanded by approximately five hectares. The newly developed areas, including a central plaza and surrounding facilities, can host around 47,000 participants.
The Tac Say Church complex and the tomb of Father Truong Buu Diep can accommodate an additional 25,000 visitors.
The beatification ceremony for Father Francis Xavier Truong Buu Diep is regarded as a significant event for the Catholic Church in Vietnam.

Catholics from across the Diocese of Can Tho will prepare more than 40,000 free breakfast meals for pilgrims attending the ceremony. Covered areas, large screens and sound systems will be installed throughout the venue to allow participants to follow the proceedings from a distance.
Pilgrimage groups are encouraged to register in advance to facilitate seating arrangements, parking allocation and traffic management. Registered vehicles will receive identification passes and guidance to designated parking areas, from which participants will walk approximately 500 to 700 meters to the ceremony grounds.
A field hospital and several satellite medical stations will be established to serve attendees. Medical personnel, firefighters, rescue teams and security forces will remain on duty throughout the event.

Ca Mau Provincial Police have also announced traffic management and diversion plans along National Highway 1 near Tac Say Church in Hamlet 2A, Phong Thanh Commune, to ensure public safety and order during the celebration.
