People across Vietnam will have the chance to observe a total lunar eclipse, commonly known as a “Blood Moon,” on the evening of March 3, when the Moon turns a striking copper red as it moves fully into Earth’s shadow.

The Cold Moon - 2025’s twelfth and final full moon - will rise on the evening of December 4, offering skywatchers a breathtaking astronomical event to close out the year.
The largest and brightest supermoon of 2025 will rise over Vietnam on the night of November 5, appearing up to 14% larger and nearly 30% brighter than a typical full moon.
