On September 2, residents of Ho Chi Minh City will be able to ride the Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien metro line for free in celebration of Vietnam’s National Day.

With an estimated cost of $2.6 billion, the new metro extension is expected to transform regional connectivity in southern Vietnam.
