Authorities in the central city of Hoi An have co-operated with the animal welfare organisation Four Paws to close one of the city’s last remaining dog meat restaurants on Tuesday.
The proprietor of a dog and cat meat restaurant in Thai Nguyen Province has decided to close down for good, with the last animals heading to a rescue centre.
