Manage Team to strongly execute demand & supply planning process within Sociolla (O+O & B2B business):
- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results
- Review Forecast accuracy & forecast bias
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration activities (with business & brand team) to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions
- Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with commerce & brand team to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts
- Generate consensus plan forecasts based on final forecast enrichment with commerce & brand team. Consensus plan to be validated by Country MD
- Build rolling supply plan based on validated forecast, and setup key parameters for supply planning purposes
- Communicate and collaborate supply plan with principal, finance, import and warehouse team to ensure products arrive within expected timeline
- Ensure warehouse manage a healthy inventory level, with low slow moving & obsolete stocks. Produce report and follow up on action plan
- In charge of distribution plan for each warehouse / store location. Ensure each location maintain balance stock.
- Manage COGS and importation cost for supply acquisition
- Continuously improve workflow and collaboration within team / stakeholder to ensure processes are executed effectively and efficiently
1. Academic Qualification:
- Min. bachelor degree in engineering, business, statistics, supply chain, or comparable academic discipline
- Plus point. Have certification for supply chain modules (s.a. APICS)
2. Professional Experience:
- Min 5 years of experience in planning role (supply chain, demand & supply planner)
- Have experience in managing team
- Preferably from multinational FMCG background
3. Technical Competencies:
- Demonstrated proficiency in statistics, forecasting and forecasting methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts.
- Have strong business acumen

- Understand Sales and Operations Planning process
- Understand key demand & supply planning concepts (forecast accuracy & bias, supply replenishment parameters, inventory concepts, capacity constrains)
