Job Description

- Work Location: District 01, HCMC

<Job Responsibilities>

Responsible for conducting Medical Activities and engaging in Scientific Exchanges and not misleading information about Company products:

1. Be in charge of Scientific Exchange

2. Develop a core medical plan and strategy

3. Respond to unsolicited requests for medical information

4. Discuss scientific and medical regarding evolving trends in disease state management and trends in therapy

5. Be in charge of commercial activities and promotional activities (e.g., review of the promotional materials, training of company field sales representatives, support of commercial in securing access and reimbursement for our products, etc.)

6. Verify projects and tasks are conducted according to GCP, SOPs, and other compliance standards.

7. Participate in meetings with senior management and attend external meetings

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

・Education: Medical Doctor or Pharmacist degree, preferably with specialization and/or clinical experience in the relevant therapeutic area(s).  
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: More than 5 years of Medical Affairs experience in the pharmaceutical industry including 1 year at manager level
・Others:
- Strong scientific baseline knowledge in the therapeutic area, clinical trial methods, implementation and interpretation, sound scientific and clinical judgment, and eagerness to learn more in-depth in therapeutic areas.
- Strong, confident, and engaging presentation skills 
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to function within a team environment
- Handling of multiple tasks at the same time and working under pressure 
- Proactive "can do" attitude and passion for the science related to the products and associated therapeutic area.
- Strong customer-facing skills, listening skills, probing skills, and flexibility.
- Corporate culture Competencies of Leader Behaviors, including Business Integrity 
- Professional personal appearance
- Accept to travel approximately 60%.
- Good at the computers such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Be careful, honest, enthusiastic, and have a sense of responsibility for work.

<Prefer skills>
Having good knowledge and experience in Oncology field is highly preferred
