Job Summary:

• Checking and comparing the documents goods of Purchasing team with Warehouse, bases on bills and Customs declerations. Keeping track of inventory details including export, import materials and goods. Balancing consumption materials with Shipping team to make Customs report and comparing actual inventory with Warehouse.
• Following and updating status of Fix assets and tools in the factory. Keeping track of parts and supplies reports of factory monthly.
• Making reports monthly

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working with Warehouse
• Working with Shipping team
• Working with Production

Additional Functions – Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Education:  Bachelor’s degree ( Accounting,  Specialization in Garment Technology)
• Experience: Working in Assets, Materials and Finished goods Accounant for 1 year
• Skills: Master basic accounting operations, Time management, problem solving,  Good communication
• Knowledge:   Understanding of the company's business and industry
• Other Attributes :  Knowledge about the garment industry Hardworking, careful; Intergrity, organized, accuracy, reliable, teamwork
• Reading comprehension and communication English skills .
• MS Office skills, ERP
