Job Description

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes;
  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency;
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations;
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation;
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons;
  • Organize and supervise other office activities;
  • Manage personnel scheduling and project deadlines;
  • Preparing and reviewing operational reports;
  • Delegating tasks to administrative assistants;
  • Performing clerical accounting and general office duties as needed;
  • Developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments

Job Requirement

  • Education: University degree, major: Business Administration, Law, Human Resources or related;
  • Experience: Over 5 years related working experience, prefer relevant experience in carrying out corporate documents such as fire prevention, building permits ...
  • Language: Fluency in English and/or Chinese.
  • General: Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, superb organizational and time-management abilities, capable of clearly communicating with others
