- Coordinate with PR and advertising agencies on brand-related initiatives.
Visual Merchandising:
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create compelling in-store experiences that reflect the brand’s image.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained across all stores.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and influencers.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints.
Sales Analysis:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.
Team Management:
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members.
