The main tasks:

Manage and develop the identity of 2 brands, including the retail chain and the company's product brand. Build strategies and plans to reach consumers on various platforms.

1. Planning:
- Develop Branding strategy
- Develop plans to engage users on social media platforms.
- Analyze the market and competitors.

2. Execution
- Implement branding and activation projects
- Coordinate with departments to execute branding strategies
- Monitor, propose, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Build and manage the company's website.

3. Management Team
- Manage and develop the Branding team
- Assign and monitor the progress of branding projects
- Evaluate and provide feedback on the performance of each team member.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience in brand management or marketing is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Good communication in English.
• Proficiency in the office computer.
