Job Description

  • Contacting new and existing customers to discuss current sales promotion.
  • Creating excitement and setting appointments for customers to ride/drive the company world class motorcycles/automobiles.
  • Responding to inbound phone calls and internet inquiries to develop customer trust and generate customer visits to the company state-of-the art auto stores.
  • Following the BDC scripts and guidelines on all inbound and outbound calls.
  • Ensuring all calls presented are answered promptly and professionally; ensuring customers' satisfaction and producing referrals.
  • Performing all other Business Development selling duties as assigned.
  • Engaging in all training, acquiring a complete knowledge of product information.
  • Developing proficiency with all features of the BDC CRM Software and associated products.
  • Maintaining knowledge of coupons, direct mail pieces, all sales advertising and inventory throughout the company and its OEMs.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding and adherence to dealership and BDC department policies and procedures.
  • Endeavoring to meet and exceed individual goals assigned.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality in your work.

Job Requirement

  • College diploma or higher in related fields is preferred.
  • Professional and has the ability to make a compelling introduction.
  • Willing to participate in skills and product training.
  • Multi-tasker and excellent customer service skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Proficient with computers, emails, smart phones and the web.
  • College level achievement preferred.
  • Previous experience and success in customer service, sales, call center, telemarketing or automotive are big advantages.
  • Skilled at building positive relationships over the phone or via email.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
