Job Description

- Become point of contacts with all insurers and brokers for lead generation

- Formulate engage·ment plan to introduce Truedoc services to corporate customers refened by insurers and brokers

- Lead sales engagements across opportunities, building relationships and trust, fostering collaboration and customer experience

- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal close

- Take ownership of all pitching materials

- Become the voice of the customer internally, sensing customer needs and external market changes and communicating across the business

- Build strong relationships cross functionally, work closely with the Customer Operations, Client Relations and wider Marketing teams

- Ability to convey the value proposition of Truedoc, being able to demonstrate our technology live and via presentations

Job Requirement

- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1-3 years of progressive Business Development

- Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with anyone

- Have experience working in the medical, insurance, and banking field is an advantage

- A balance between a practical, hands-on mindset and operational skills with strategic ability, creative business acumen, and an entrepreneurial spirit

- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently

- Passion and excitement to be part of a mission to transform the way global healthcare systems operate

- Unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do

- Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow

- A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude, pragmatic, and able to work independently when required
