1. Develop and Drive BI Strategy

- Formulate and execute a comprehensive business intelligence strategy aligned with the company's goals.

2. Data Analysis and Insights

- Analyze data from various sources (including sales, marketing, and customer behavior) to identify trends, generate insights, and uncover opportunities for growth.

3. Reporting and Dashboard

- Design, develop, and maintain intuitive and visually appealing dashboards and reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization.

4. Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BI analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

5. Training and Coaching

- Provide training and coaching to team members and other departments to enhance data literacy and ensure effective use of BI tools and data insights across the organization.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

REQUIREMENTS

1. Knowledge

- A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.

2. Skills

- Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI), along with strong SQL skills. Experience with Python is advantageous.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for translating data into actionable insights.

- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a team, with strong project management skills.

3. Experience

- A minimum of 5 years in a similar BI role, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
