1/ Timesheet & payroll
- Manage timesheet, overtime, annual leave, etc… of all sites for monthly payroll preparation.
- Complete final compensation and severance allowance for resigned employees.
- Prepare monthly payroll report: periodical and required reports related to C&B function.
- Cooperate with Accounting department to clarify the difference of payroll report (if any).
2/ HR databases & labor contract
- Fulfill, manage employee profiles and ensure all updated information on HR system.
- Manage, prepare employee’s labor contracts to make sure they are signed on time, accurate and obey the labor law, company rules.
3/ Compulsory Insurance
- Prepare monthly Compulsory Insurance reports: increase - reduce headcount, change of salary, job position.
- Prepare compulsory insurance cards for employees as the law.
- Complete social insurance benefit claim for employees: sick leave, baby sick leave, maternity leave, labor accident etc..
- Close social insurance books for terminated employees. Update any issue/problem related to compulsory insurance to superior, relevant employees actively and timely.
4/ Personal Income Tax (PIT)
- Handle monthly PIT declaration and PIT finalization as Tax law.
- Timely update any PIT issue to superior and relevant employees when it occurs
This role will be temporary for 6 months. After that, we will discuss further options based on performance.
