Job Description

1. Sales Performance Management

  • Set monthly sales objectives for ECs and review performance to meet center targets.
  • Analyze past performance, identify improvements, and update action plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate conversion rates across all channels and activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates in the organization’s system.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for the Head of Commercial and adjust action plans as needed.
  • Contribute to sales through prospect presentations and ensure compliance with show distribution rules.

2. Sales Team Skills Development and Management

  • Monitor and analyze sales team performance, providing targeted training and coaching.
  • Conduct monthly feedback sessions with each team member.
  • Oversee registration and completion of training courses for new members.
  • Evaluate team performance regularly in line with HR policies and manage schedules fairly.

3. Cross-Departmental Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the School Service Manager on the monthly activities calendar.
  • Work with the Activation team for customer insights and feedback on lead conversion.
  • Support recruitment efforts to build a high-performing sales team.
  • Coordinate with the TMK Manager on supply conversion and booking effectiveness.
  • Share market insights with the Head of Commercial and Marketing team regularly.

Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Must Have:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Languages: Vietnamese and English proficiency at WSE Level 11
  • Previous Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years in the education industry
    • Minimum 1 year in sales management (experience in any industry is acceptable)
