What You Will Do

PRICING AND SALE SUPPORT

- Build good relationship with Carrier, Airline, Coloader, Vendor… and deal the best cost from them

- Synthesize market price trends, compare costs between many vendors/agents.

- Evaluate quote requests from sales team, advise and provide appropriate costs.

- Update rate sea/air/truck weekly/monthly report to manager.

- Support the sales team in consulting customers to increase the possibility of winning shipments

- Connect the sales team and other departments in the company, feedback questions from the sales team.

- Other tasks assigned by management.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

- Request booking from carriers & release booking to customer

- Handle documentations related to the shipment

- Follow instructions from front office if any special requirements (cargo insurance, Fumigation, free time applying…)

- Check and input cost/sell to the systems, complete file and transfer to Account Dept

- Keep tracking vessel status & updating to customer/agent. Follow shipment until cnee received cargo.

- Create and update SOP for each customer.

- Handle daily complaints & problems

- Report problems to Supervisor

- Other tasks assigned by management.

What You Are Good At

• College / University (Foreign Trade)

• Word, Excel, Outlook

• Good English skills. Chinese is a plus point

• 1-3 years experienced in freight forwarding

• Good knowledge of freight forwarding & Logistics Field is preferable

• Degree: Bachelor
• Age: Unlimited
