Job Description

Strategic planning and direction: Taking responsibility for developing long-term plans and strategic direction to achieve business goals and sustainable growth.
Organizing, managing, and overseeing business operations: Ensuring efficient daily operations, organizational effectiveness, and compliance with business standards.
Recruitment, personnel development, and other HR activities: Overseeing recruitment processes, nurturing employee development, and managing HR functions to support optimal performance.
Business and marketing planning: Developing business and marketing strategies to ensure the company achieves its objectives effectively.

Job Requirement
