- Perform researches, analysis, trend forecast about retail real estate market

- Searching and exploiting potential customers.

- Appraise and evaluate potential tenant candidates and advise managers

- Coordinate and participate in developing design concept and layout plans.

- Lead the execution of all leasing communications activities.

- Conduct site visits to prospective tenants

- Prepare and follow up with the leasing documents and negotiation with prospective tenants

- Draft and review contracts and assist in tenant handover

- Manage tenant relationship activities and enhance the frequency and quality of tenant interaction.

- Comprehensive monthly, quarterly, annual, campaign-based reporting with fact-based analysis & recommendations

- Other tasks related to Leasing expertise are assigned by the Department Head.

- Well arrangement scheduled working in professional way to achieve requirements.

- Minimum 1-2 years of Leasing Retails Experience.

- Retails Operations, budgeting, planning, customer service and people leadership skills.

- Computer Literate: Should be competent in basic office skills.
