Job Description

  • Developing client relationships and strengthening industry partnerships.

  • Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.

  • Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue.

  • Build and strengthen Globish’s network and reputation in the education market in Vietnam

  • Reach and exceed sales targets

  • Build and manage a sustainable and robust pipeline of opportunities with potential B2B clients

  • Understand the needs of clients and be able to propose appropriate solutions

  • Fully understand a prospect’s business challenges, decision-making, and buying process

  • Represent Globish at seminars, conferences, and events to look for business opportunities

  • Track all relevant information and lead management activities using Salesforce.com

Job Requirement

  • Experience in B2B sales in Edtech, Banking, or related industries. 

  • Excellent experience with sales pipeline management 

  • Integrity, proactive, self-motivated, result-oriented, strong tolerance of pressure, a quick learner, and willing to embrace challenges. 

  • Transparent communication 

  • Proven track record in B2B sales 

  • Be both a self-starter and a team player
