1. Order management
- Create and manage customer quotes
- Prepare online/offline contracts
- Assist in business order confirmation
- Track orders/deliveries
- Ensure timely delivery of services and information to customers
2. Logistics
- Ensure all customs clearance for orders are processed and compliant with regulations
- Handle customer complaints/return process
- Handle shipping/customs etc.
3. Warehouse
- Participate in annual inventory and monthly reconciliation
- Track inventory/shipping lead times
4. Others
- Support SOP/WI development of Local process and establish Local logistics/order following process
- Other tasks and matters assigned by the supervisor
