Overseeing the process of customer retention within a business.
Analyzing prospective client’s needs to build business cases and/or proposals with business consultants.
Developing more business with existing clients including up-selling, cross-selling
Designing implementation plans including budget estimate and allocation with our service team, together with the Project Management team
Optimizing the workflows between InBold and clients.
Onboarding clients and their offices globally.
Onboarding internal staff on our clients and services.
Developing training material and content to improve the onboarding experience.
Taking ownership of client feedback and collaborating with company leadership to build partnerships with clients.
Building value-driven strategic relationships with your key clients leads to long-term development and retention.
Communicating with German clients on project briefings and transfer to the Project Management team for execution and vice versa as needed.
Providing insights into potential German prospect clients and ensuring the qualification of deliverables for German clients.
Job Requirement
Proven work experience as a Client Success Manager or similar role, preferably with Nordic / European clients
Professional English skills
Professional German skills, preferably native
Accountability and personal organization are essential.
Proactive mindset and willingness to go the extra mile to drive team performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient and active listener.
