- Minimum of 05 years' experience in eCommerce, with at least 03 years in a management role.
- Understand eCommerce platforms' best practices, including SEO, PPC, and conversion optimization. Stay up-to-date with marketplaces and trends.
- Proven track record of driving sales and profitability on eCommerce platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills, preferably with P&L knowledge.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
