We're seeking a strategic and creative Content Marketing Manager to lead our content team and drive our content marketing efforts. You'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our overall marketing goals, while managing a team of talented content creators. Your ability to inspire, collaborate, and deliver results-oriented content will be essential to our success.

Content Strategy: Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager to develop and execute a B2B content marketing strategy.

Content Creation: Research, write, and edit high-quality content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, eBooks, and other B2B-focused materials.

Thought Leadership: Develop thought leadership pieces that showcase LygiaVien's expertise and insights into industry trends.

Lead Generation: Create content that attracts and engages potential clients, driving them through the sales funnel.

Content Promotion: Distribute and promote content through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and website.

Performance Analysis: Track and analyze content performance to identify successful tactics and areas for improvement.

5+ years experience in Content marketing, at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Deep understanding of content marketing strategy, tactics, and best practices.

Strong analytical skills and experience with content marketing analytics tools.

Creativity. Ability to inspire and motivate a team of creatives.

Reading comprehension, conveying information and leadership skills.

Fluent in both English and Vietnamese. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
