Ensure the identification and documentation of customer-centric processes to achieve customer satisfaction.
Guarantee efficient customer complaint resolution, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
Ensure the effective implementation and continuous improvement of processes such as internal quality audits, corrective actions, 5S, and risk management.
Collect and establish documentation for the aforementioned purposes.
Enhance awareness and readiness by conducting training sessions and meetings to ensure company-wide application of these processes.
Manage and provide product quality assurance documents as required by customers.
Efficiently and effectively manage processes such as QMS audits, production processes, product compliance, 5S processes, and risk management processes.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree or higher.
A minimum of two years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
