Job Description

Manage activities and take responsibility for the work of team members

Update, deploy and monitor the implementation of legal requirements, customer standards related to social responsibility.

Update, review and promulgate the documents related to HSE, ISO & C-TPAT

Developing, deploying and monitoring the annual HSE plans, internal audit plans, occupational health and safety environmental goals, risk assessment plans, training plans and other related plans and monitoring to ensure the implementation of the plan fully and on time

Joint the internal & external audits, reviewing HSE auditing results to establish improvement plans. Maintaining the integrated management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and certification.

·Responsible for ensuring the safety of the system structure of factories, walls, gates, doors, ... to prevent unauthorized access

Conduct an accident / incident investigation, identify the cause, come up with a preventive remedy plan, and complete the supervision as required and on time.

Attend training and re-training the customer’s standards of social responsibility, occupational health safety and environment for all employees

Set up and track safety and environmental, energy, analyse H&S&E data, develop a safety program that satisfies customer requirements and the goals of the factory. Deploying and training for related departments. Track and promote project effectiveness.

Build of appropriate health and safety and programs to ensure the safety in the production

Responsibility about data and records for safety, environmental and energy assessment (Higg index, SLCP, customer, Goverments )

Implement customer projects: Energy, Waste, People: health & safety lead to safety culture within the company.

Make and submit the reports periodically to the government and customers when required

Support for management of suppliers, subcontractors in implementation of customer standards and legal requirements

Other tasks as norminated

Job Requirement

Graduate from university on Labor protection, Environment, Human resource management, Labor relations and Laws or have strong knowledge and experience in Safety/ Environment / Management system ISO 9001, ISO 14000, ISO 45001

Understanding of relevant local laws.

03 years experienced in similar position.
