Job Description

  • Ensure the identification and documentation of customer-centric processes to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Guarantee efficient customer complaint resolution, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the effective implementation and continuous improvement of processes such as internal quality audits, corrective actions, 5S, and risk management.
  • Collect and establish documentation for the aforementioned purposes.
  • Enhance awareness and readiness by conducting training sessions and meetings to ensure company-wide application of these processes.
  • Manage and provide product quality assurance documents as required by customers.
  • Efficiently and effectively manage processes such as QMS audits, production processes, product compliance, 5S processes, and risk management processes.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
