Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Software & Data Support Specialist who is fluent in English to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support for our software products, ensuring that all inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. You will be the primary point of contact for our Australian customers and will work closely with our development team to ensure that issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Duties:

  • Provide technical support to our Australian customers via phone and email in a timely
  • Troubleshoot software issues and work with customers to resolve them
  • Escalate issues to the development team as needed
  • Document and track customer issues and resolutions
  • Provide training to customers on how to use our software products

Job Requirement

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
  • Proven experience in a customer support role or related
  • Experience working with software products, preferably in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Good understanding of the Australian market and culture is a plus
