Location: Binh Duong, VSIP/ or MP brewery

Main Purpose or Function of Position:

• Work closely with Sales regions/ PPM to consolidate/validate and challenge on forecast base on demand analysis
• Monitor sale performance and work closely with Supply and Logistics/Sale team to ensure demand execution
• Supply chain Loss management
• Supply for Import Product
• Support Planning Manager for projects assigned

Main Accountabilities

1. Main Duties:

a. Demand Planning:

• Consolidate sale forecast and validate/challenge base on demand analysis
• Run statistical and analysis forecast based on historical data, seasonality, activities, market trend to build demand plan
• Review sale performance and discuss to Sale team for demand adjustment
• Coordinate all aspects of Demand Planning that support growth objectives, innovation, cost reductions, operational efficiency improvements, and reduce business waste

b. Supply Planning:

• Consolidate demand and conduct supply plan for import products
• Ensure supply plan meet inventory policy and service level

2. Others: Conduct projects or tasks/reporting as and when assigned by Line Manager in a timely manner.

• Bachelor’s Degree (prefer in Business Administration/Finance/Economic/Accounting)
• Excellent in Excel and good at English/Vietnamese communications
• Good at data analysis, problem analyzing & solving, time management, implementation capacity and working under high pressure.
• Having knowledge about safety operation
• Having carefulness, hardworking, honesty and teamwork ability.
• Preferably having 1-2 year experience in multinational environment (Open for fresher)
