- Responsible for die &mold design team in daily activities including new die design

- Analysis & improve mold & die operation capacity

- Responsible for design new die & mold/ old stamping die &mold recon/ modification/ improvement.

- Supervise and mentor employees, providing leadership and development, coordination of departmental training, and monitoring projects as needed, other job assigned by Senior.

- Graduated from University

- Have at least 3 years' experience in similar position, prefer in manufacturing companies.

- Strong people management & leadership skill.

- Well understand in design die & mold

- Good at design tools (SolidWorks is preferred)

- Logical thinking, analytical & problem-solving skills.

- Be innovative, have Sunao mind, interpersonal skill

- Good English (Japanese is preferred)
