Job Description

Recruitment:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
  • Analyze the company’s hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiring, plan and strategize recruitment depending on the business situation.
  • Perform agreed recruitment strategies and actively source candidates through online channels and various appropriate platforms.
  • Handle full cycle of recruitment process; consult partner on creating job descriptions and design questionnaires that reflects requirements of each position for an effective hiring decision.
  • Cooperate with partners to make periodical reports to monitor recruitment activity, effectiveness and monthly expenditure.
  • Build up relationships with applicants, internal talents and external partners to expand professional connections and potential sources of candidates.
  • Establish and manage the diverse candidate database for hiring vacancies in future.
  • Work closely with the HoD/HRBP/L&D team to identify existing talents and build up succession plan within the company.
  • Research and maintain knowledge of the latest trends in talent acquisition to continuously improve the current process.
  • Be responsible and mainly handle Talent Acquisition projects; involve in implementing project/program within HR and whole company.
  • Involve and manage HR system in Recruitment function.

Employer Branding:

  • Represent the company to work with external stakeholders for Employer Branding activities.
  • Develop appropriate strategies to promote company image and brand recognition in the labor market.
  • Design and implement tactics & plan to increase the popularity of organization on social media through diverse activities; Analyze the effectiveness of these channels.
  • Keep connection and establish relationships with potential partners to deploy employer branding strategies, such as platforms, external organizations, communities…
  • Be creative in building/ designing/ developing content and media product (image, video…) to attract potential candidates.
  • Research the labor market and analyze the competitiveness of other companies in the same field/ industry/ region to determine competitive advantage and build up effective recruitment strategies.
  • Keep updated of the latest technology and support for digital transformation in talent acquisition activities.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute events such as factory site tour, career fair… and work with other parties for related activities.

Others:

  • Handle some administrative tasks and manage document control in Talent Acquisition function.
  • Involve in implementing project/program within HR and whole company.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Superior.

Job Requirement

  • Graduate university in Human Resources, Business Administration or related majors.
  • Have at least 2-year experience in Talent Acquisition field.
  • Be familiar with full-cycle recruitment using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Have ability to create & implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for various roles.
  • Be command at English & good interpersonal skills.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
