**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**

Monitor day by day work performance:

- Experienced in handling customs procedures, consolidating LCL shipments, and exporting shipments to US .

- Perform work orders management, system data.

- Coordinate with E-commerce team to advise customer status, logistics procedures and platform take care.

- Coordinate and work with other departments (logistics & sales team) for smooth running of orders operation.

- Monitor and control subcontractors during door-to-door shipment handling.

- Maintain good customer service relationships with clients.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

- University bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade , Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply chain.

- over 3 year’ experience in a similar role in E-commerce or preferably working experience in E-commerce, logistics documentary or supply chain..

- English is must (at least 550 TOEIC). - Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Have logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.

- Great sense of integrity, responsibility and urgency.

- Must be team-oriented and self-motivated.

Knowledge of Chinese , experience working with systems is an advantage.
