We are seeking a results-oriented E-commerce Growth Manager to drive sales and profitability on our online platform. You will be responsible for optimizing the user experience, managing product listings and promotions, collaborating with partners, and analyzing data to identify growth opportunities. Your ability to drive traffic, conversions, and customer satisfaction will be crucial to our success.

Platform Optimization: Continuously improve the e-commerce platform's user experience, navigation, and conversion rate.

Product Management: Manage product listings, descriptions, and pricing to maximize visibility and appeal.

Promotions: Develop and execute promotional campaigns and discounts to drive sales and increase average order value.

Partnerships: Collaborate with e-commerce partners on co-marketing campaigns, product placement, and other initiatives.

Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and website traffic to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Reporting: Track and report on key e-commerce metrics, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.

3+ years experience in E-commerce with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.

Excellent project management to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.

Understanding of e-commerce marketing strategies and best practices.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics tools.

Familiarity with website analytics and A/B testing tools.
