Plan & implement all E-commerce Digital Marketing activities.
Effective budget allocation, quotation evaluation, and control of digital strategic direction.
Work directly with multiple Brands Marketing/Product Manager of ACFC to deploy marketing campaign monthly and follow up campaign performance.
Implement CRM system, build dashboard, in depth data analysis to track marketing performance, enhance ROI and conversion rate.
Manage, operate and keep track of interactions/traffic on Homepage of E-com websites, Facebook, Blog, Forum etc…
Promote content on social media.
Plan and conduct Email marketing and Mobile marketing activities.
Manage the rank of keywords, SEO activities, Google Adwords and other kinds of Ads.
Plan and conduct marketing campaigns and interactive activities on Digital Marketing channels.
Exchange and interact with target customers on social media channels daily.
Update new trends in social media marketing to improve work efficiency.
Take charge of recruitment, training, management and skills training for Digital Marketing Team.
Others task from E-com Manager/Director's request.
Job Requirement
BA in Marketing, digital marketing or others related.
At least 3 years of experiences in e-commerce, digital marketing with a variety of digital platforms
Good understanding and hands-on experience in fashion retail is preferrable.
Understanding of order management/customer fulfilment in an e-commerce context.
Work skills and customer negotiation.
Time management skills, job management skills, problem solving skills.
Fluent in both spoken and written English.
Strong presentation skills with MS Office especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Passion in the career, can-do spirit, cross-functional communication, presentation skills.
