Job Description

Main tasks

  • Oversee and manage all discipline process within the company
  • Adhere to regulatory standards
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
  • Assisting in the evaluation of implementing internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Establish, guide and control the implementation of training policies and training procedures of the company to ensure consistency and compliance throughout the system.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to employee relations
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and logistics
  • Collaborate with other departments to support their general affairs needs and initiatives.
  • Support Head of department to work with Government officers when necessary.
  • Build up the relationship with external partners including local authorities and policemen for security matter in company

Employee Relations

  • Keep-mood employees and track their needs daily, weekly and monthly.
  • Assisting in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing workstations, coordinating IT setup, and providing necessary resources.
  • Manage the feedback from employees on all aspects of internal relations via mailbox, communication channels.
  • Support to handling personnel issues of the production site and other cross functions.
  • Plan and execute company events, meetings, and conferences
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of company events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.

Internal communications

  • Overseeing the management of company-wide communication channels, such as Zalo, Facebook, LinkedIn, Group email distribution lists and internal messaging platforms.
  • Communicate policies pertaining to Human Resources, compensation, and benefits
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Represent the company at job fairs and college campuses

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in related major.
  • At least 3 years’ proven experience in relationship.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment law
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as an Employee Relations Specialist
