Reports to the North Operation Manager on a regular basis
May perform other duties as assigned
Follow GSDP/ GSP requirements in daily practices
Coordinate in suppliers evaluation
Take the initiative in setting up training plan employees in GSDP, Safety at work and other Technical issues
Support relevant departments/ sections to make plans and carry out Validation and Calibration activity for the equipment as well improve procedures
Responsible for facility maintenance
Ensure warehouse equipment, machinery & accessories to be available for warehouse operations
Responsible for DC Environmental control ( Heating Ventilation, Air-conditioning, Humidity), Utilities supply (Water, compress air, Electricity)
Co-ordinate the project assigned to by Management team from time to time
Building criteria for manufacturing supplies assessment
Other tasks as per assignment of line manager/company.
Maintenance
Manages and performs all work related to the maintenance of ZPV buildings including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical and security of ZPV.
Conduct and document regular facilities inspections
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Allocate and manage facility space for maximum efficiency
Supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment
Implement best practice processes to increase efficiency
Obtain quotes and tenders from vendors and suppliers
Coordinate and monitor activities of contract suppliers
Manage contractor and vendor relationships
Manage and review service contracts to ensure facility management needs are being met
Check completed work by contractors and vendors
Ensure efficient utilization of facility maintenance staff
Performance manage, develop and train staff
Advise on and monitor energy efficiency
Oversee environmental health and safety
Respond to facility and equipment alarms and system failures
Manage all services including, security and mechanical/ electrical/ building maintenance
Health & safety management
Fire safety procedures and compliance
Ensuring site is secure
Requires good verbal (including telephone) and written communication skills as well as the ability tread and remember details
HSE
Supervisor the implementation of HSE in warehouse site
Develop and enhance of HSE awareness activities/campaigns
Participate in development and maintain of procedures comply to client’s requirements
Conducts periodic Hazard Analysis and Risks Assessments; Incidents and Accident Investigations (if any) and recommends prevention awareness programs accordingly
Ensure and monitor the compliance of all regulatory requirements in the in-charge warehouse
Coordinate with other HSE Officers, Department Heads and Line Managers to ensure staff and contractors adhere strictly to the safety rules and regulations.
Conduct Occupational Hygiene (OH) and environmental monitoring, inspection and assessment of work place and activities for existing or new installation and processes
Ensures that all HSE monitoring equipment are in good condition and has been properly calibrated/maintained
Assists in conducting annual refresher exercises on First Aid, Emergency Evacuation and Fire Drills and external trainings.
Develop and implements safety programs to provide the road map to Zero Injuries and world class performance
Carry out orientation for new employees and refresh training for current employees on Safety, Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Security according to ZPVN requirements and customer at in charged site
Ensure compliance HSE training develop fully and on time at in charged site
Control hazardous waste document and make yearly report
Job Requirement
University graduated, preferred Technical University
Minimum 3 -5 year experience in HSE audit & facilities management and supervising others.
Good communication skills, solving problem skills.
Good in work organizing skills.
Ability to work under high pressure.
Good English skills
Computer skills, good at MS office.
Detail-oriented, accurate and trustworthy
Persistent and industrious.
