+ Thực hiện quy định và kiểm soát về an toàn lao động, phòng chống cháy nổ liên quan thiết bị/ Implement regulations and controls on labor safety and fire and explosion prevention related to equipment.

+ Liên hệ, làm việc với các nhà cung cấp vật tư, các đơn vị ngoài để tìm nguồn vật tư thay thế dự phòng và thực hiện những công việc hợp đồng ngoài trong nhà máy/ Contact and work with spare parts supplier units to find spare parts replacement and perform external contract work in the factory.

+ Kiểm soát và quản lý chi phí sửa chữa, bảo dưỡng theo kế hoạch / Control and manage the repair and maintenance costs according to plan.

+ Đảm bảo đáp ứng tốt các qui định về GMP-WHO trong công tác bảo trì và dự án/ Ensure good compliance with GMP-WHO regulations in maintenance and projects

+ Cải tiến liên tục các hoạt động sửa chữa, bảo trì nhằm đảm bảo nguyên tắc thực hành sản xuất tốt/ Continuously improve the repair and maintenance activities to ensure good manufacturing practice principles.

+ Xây dựng danh sách phụ tùng thay thế đầy đủ, chính xác/ Develop a complete and accurate list of spare parts.

+ Đào tạo đội ngũ bảo trì để đáp ứng tốt công tác bảo trì dự phòng. nắm bắt nhanh công nghệ thiết bị mới và có tinh thần làm việc đội nhóm/ Training to maintenance team to respond well to preventive maintenance work. Quickly handle new equipment technology and have a team work spirit.

+ Phối hợp, hỗ trợ tốt với các bộ phận chức năng khác và hỗ trợ các dự án phát triển thiết bị/ Coordinate and support well with other functional departments and support equipment development projects.

+ Triển khai và thực hiện công tác hiệu chuẩn thiết bị theo kế hoạch/ Deploy and perform planned calibrations: Temperature meter, humidity meter, differential pressure meter...

+ Quản lý, phê duyệt và triển khai công tác bảo trì dự phòng và quản lý toàn bộ máy móc thiết bị cho nhà máy/ Manage, approve and implement preventive maintenance and manage all machinery and equipment for the factory.

+ Chịu trách nhiệm về quản lý, kiểm tra, bảo trì và xử lý tất cả các sự cố trên tất cả thiết bị/ Responsible for management, inspection, maintenance and solve all problems of all equipment.

+ Thực hiện các công tác khác theo sự phân công của giám đốc nhà máy/ Other tasks is assigned by plant director.

+        Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên về kỹ thuật cơ khí, kỹ thuật công nghiệp hoặc tự động hoá/ University degree or higher in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or automation engineering.

+        Có ít nhất kinh nghiệm 2 năm kinh nghiệm về quản lý bảo trì, sửa chữa trong nhà máy dược phẩm/ thực phẩm/ Have at least 2 years of experience as maintenance manager in pharmaceutical/food factories.

+        Có sự tư duy nhanh nhẹn, sáng tạo và đổi mới cách làm việc để đạt hiệu quả cao nhất/ Have agile thinking, creativity and innovate ways of working to achieve the highest efficiency.

+        Sử dụng máy vi tính thành thạo/ Use computers proficiently.

+        Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm và kỹ thuật liên quan/ Proficient in using related softwares and techniques

+        Kỹ năng giải quyết và xử lý tình huống và phản ứng nhanh chóng và kịp thời để khắc phục và giải quyết các sự cố khi chúng phát sinh/ Have problem solving skills and handle situations and react quickly and promptly to overcome and resolve problems when they arise
