B. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Omni Channel Management
- Support sales force in business operations, drive implementation of sales and service model và business management
- Manage performance and capacity
* Business campaign for area
- Develop, implement, and manage business programs tailored to the specifics of each area
- Coordinate stakeholders to create guidelines, communication, sales documentations, training materials
- Develop sales contest
* Sales Excellence
- Guide implementation management
- Carry out training/coaching
- Change management administration
- Build process of sales monitoring
* Sales planning và lead allocation
- Propose recommendations for methodology, orientation, methods, criteria for business planning and allocation of targets
- Support implementation of business plan in each unit
* Sale target, KPI setting
- Proposing recommendations on how to set sales targets and build KPIs for the sales force
- Sales Performance and Productivity
- Proposals to improve business efficiency and productivity
