Our client is a manufacturing and distribution company of interior and exterior furniture products seeking a potential candidate for the position of Export Sales Executive (furniture products) with the following responsibilities:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Identify and develop potential customers, maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Receive information about new product quotation requests and ly check quotations for customers, proceed with sample production of new products upon customer request.
• Organize, supervise, and process orders to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Plan daily/weekly/monthly work tasks. Fully engage in customer care as per the Job Description.
• Organize the implementation of order execution, monitor the progress of each order as confirmed by the workshop.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery department to arrange delivery for customers.
• Receive and handle customer feedback on product quality, pricing, product progress, and other related information.
• Propose sales policies, product image promotion programs, and company promotion programs.
• Prepare monthly sales reports, reports on invoice issuance status.
• Archive records and prepare reports as required.
• Perform other job requirements as directed by the Sales Manager.

• Educational background:  University
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a salesperson in the same field of manufacturing and exporting interior and exterior furniture.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Working time: Monday - Friday, 2 Saturdays/month
