Responsibilities:
Production Management:
· Oversee all aspects of garment production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products according to customer specifications.
· Develop and implement production schedules to optimize efficiency and meet production targets.
· Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
· Coordinate with the Production Manager to address any production issues and implement solutions.
Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC):
· Collaborate with the QA/QC Manager to establish and enforce quality control standards throughout the production process.
· Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
· Implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent reoccurrence.
· Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
Team Leadership and Development:
· Lead and motivate a diverse team of 450 workers, including production staff, supervisors, and support personnel.
· Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the factory.
· Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.
· Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance issues in a timely manner.
Warehouse Management:
· Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock control, and material handling.
· Ensure proper storage and organization of raw materials, finished goods, and supplies.
· Implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize space utilization and streamline operations.
· Coordinate with logistics teams to facilitate the timely movement of materials and finished products.
Production Planning:
· Collaborate with the Production Planning team to develop production schedules and capacity plans.
· Monitor production levels and adjust schedules as needed to meet changing demand and priorities.
· Anticipate potential bottlenecks or capacity constraints and proactively address them to avoid disruptions.
· Analyze production data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
