Product: Straight fertilizer (Brand: Royal Hoàng Gia , Kali Bột, Kali Hạt)

Working hours: 44 hours/ week

Implement strategies to sell products and achieve target as well as coordinate sales activities.

Build up customer database.

Advise and promote company product to retailer and farmer.

Analyze competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies.

Resolve customer complain.

Compile sales report as request from line manager

Maintain accurate records of prospect, pricing, sales and activities.

Control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls.

Adhere to all organization policies and procedures

Qualifications and Education Requirements

·         BS/BA/College degree or equivalent

·         Proven work experience in fertilizer or agricultural industry

Age from 27 to 40
