Job Description

Job Description / Responsibilities

Compensation Management:

Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structures.

Develop and administer salary structures, pay scales, and job evaluations.

Manage annual salary review and bonus programs, including communication and implementation.

Benefits Administration: Oversee the design, implementation, and management of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compensation and benefits data. Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefits metrics, including cost analysis and budget forecasts.

Policy Development and Implementation for the Organization

Performance Evaluation/Assessment: Design and administer performance evaluation systems. Assist in developing performance appraisal processes. Provide guidance on performance reviews and disciplinary actions.

Evaluate potential candidates for future roles and track their development progress.

Provide insights and recommendations for talent development and readiness.

Training and Development: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using various assessment methods and develop tools to measure learning outcomes and behavioral changes post-training.

Job Requirement

Job requirements

Qualification: Business Administration or a related field.

Desired profile & Experience (in years)

• 5+ years of experience in HR, compensation, and benefits management, focusing on assessment, evaluation, or a related area.

• Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and employment laws.

• Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and compensation management software.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

• Proficient in English
