Develop and Plan Growth Marketing Strategy.

• Manage the development and planning of the growth marketing strategy for the Global market.
• Enhance brand recognition and reputation on a global
• Create and execute initiatives to grow revenue, including activities such as social channel development,media production, promotions, communications, email MKT.
• Evaluate market conditions and optimize incentives and campaigns to drive growth

Execution and Collaboration:

• Manage budget allocation between promotional costs and media mix to best suit business objectives.
• Perform daily/weekly data monitoring and analysis, providing recommendations based on consumer insights.

• Strong communication skills, with 2 year of experience in Marketing in either Beauty/Cosmetic Vietnamese Market or Global Market.
• Brand development experience
• Analytical/Data driven mindset and strong quantitiantive skills
• Fluent in English
• Organizational skills, coordination and arrangement of work.
• Detailed working skills, ability to convert ideas into real products, and complete work.
