Job Description

A. OBJECTIVES​:

The Online Sales Order Processing Staff will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of online orders, as well as addressing and resolving order-related issues through our ticketing system. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

B. ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Description of main tasks:

  • Process online orders accurately and promptly, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
  • Monitor order processing systems to verify transactions and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle order-related issues by investigating and resolving them through our ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and inventory teams to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and dispatched on time.
  • Update order statuses and maintain accurate records in the company's database.
  • Identify and escalate recurring issues or trends in order-related tickets to management for process improvement.
  • Work closely with the IT department to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues affecting order processing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order processing and customer support.

2. Others:

  • Report as required.
  • Others as assigned by superior.

C. EXPECTED RESULTS:

  • Amount of orders processed.
  • Order processing time.
  • Amount of tickets processed.
  • Ticket Resolution Time.
  • Orders processed without issues.

Job Requirement

  • Proven experience in order processing, e-commerce, or similar roles

  • Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking ability without compromising quality.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.

  • Good command of English (especially in speaking & writing).

  • Strong problem-solving skills for order processing and customer issues.

  • Proficiency in order management systems, databases, and ticketing platforms.

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently with familiarity in logistics and inventory management.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
