Job Description

Job Summary:

The Aftersales Operation Leader oversees after-sales service activities, customer relationships, and administrative tasks. This role ensures efficient service delivery, manages work orders, ensures customer satisfaction, and maintains effective administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign and prioritize work orders to technicians, monitor service tasks, and maintain detailed service records using our CRM system.
  • Ensure technicians have necessary spare parts and tools, provide guidance and support, and assist in their training and development.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for after-sales service issues, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and coordinate with other departments to address customer needs.
  • Analyze customer data to identify improvement opportunities, organize regular meetings with customers, and propose service improvements.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to service and customer management, support reporting, planning, and organizing meetings, and generate regular reports on service activities and customer feedback.
  • Document and update service procedures and manuals, and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Job Requirement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in after-sales service or technical support, preferably in the generator or related industry.
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using service management software and tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
