Job Summary:
The Aftersales Operation Leader oversees after-sales service activities, customer relationships, and administrative tasks. This role ensures efficient service delivery, manages work orders, ensures customer satisfaction, and maintains effective administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign and prioritize work orders to technicians, monitor service tasks, and maintain detailed service records using our CRM system.
- Ensure technicians have necessary spare parts and tools, provide guidance and support, and assist in their training and development.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for after-sales service issues, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and coordinate with other departments to address customer needs.
- Analyze customer data to identify improvement opportunities, organize regular meetings with customers, and propose service improvements.
- Manage administrative tasks related to service and customer management, support reporting, planning, and organizing meetings, and generate regular reports on service activities and customer feedback.
- Document and update service procedures and manuals, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
